This is the standard cleaning that happens after an initial deeper clean. Set a schedule that works for you: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. I offer discounts for routine maintenance cleaning.

Weekly

This is for you if you want your house to consistently be spruced up and you appreciate the time it gives back to you, enabling you to prioritize important things like loved ones, interests, time to yourself or anything that you enjoy more than cleaning. House chores take on average of 4-6 hours a week, weekly professional cleaning is one way to reduce the amount of time spent taking care of the home.

Another great benefit of consistent cleaning improved air quality. Regular cleaning removes dust, allergens, and pollutants from surfaces, carpets, and the air. This can be especially beneficial for people with allergies or respiratory conditions. Weekly cleaning is also great for people who’d like to have friends over any time, without stressing about the state of the house. What would  it feel like to NOT have to frantically run around cleaning the house whenever you have guests? Well, in one word — magical!

Every Two Weeks

For those who have the time and energy to do some light cleaning between visits. You still get a  consistent clean that can help remove some of the stress of keeping up with house chores. You get the benefits of improved air quality by consistently  removing dust and allergens. If you have  just 1 or 2 people living at home and a weekly clean feels like too much, then every 2 weeks could be just right.

Monthly

This is for you if you can do most of the weekly cleaning, but need a boost to reset your house every month. It’s also great if your budget doesn’t allow more frequent cleaning: you can still get the benefit of a cleaner home, including reduced stress and the incentive to declutter on a regular schedule. 

Hourly or Deep Clean

Hourly

work through a list of your priorities within your specified time frame. Hourly clean is great when you need help with a specific area in your home. You can also use one time cleans to get ready for parties, holidays, out of town guests, you name it! Let us take some things off your plate! If you’’re unsure of how much time to book, contact me and I can give you an estimate based on the types of tasks you’d like done.  

Hourly cleans also make a great gift to friends & family who you want to treat, or a dear friend who is dealing with something tough. Some ideas:  just had baby, managing an illness, a group gift for an amazing overworked friend. Let’s not forget a gift yourself, you can ask for the gift of a totally clean house - (what a great birthday present!) or go ahead treat yourself.

Deep Clean

The service starts at 2 hours and includes time to discuss  your priorities. A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean, plus tasks like wiping down cabinet fronts and baseboards,  see our full list of deep clean services.

For both the hourly and deep clean you may need to be at home for the first 15-20 minutes of the appointment to provide instructions. For Homeowners

Get the new house completely cleaned and sanitized before you move in, it will feel so fresh and so good. The best time to clean is before you start unpacking  and putting things away. Moving is truly one of the most stressful and exhausting times, so hire a cleaner for this job if you can.  

For Property Managers

I’ll take the headache out of cleaning before new tenants move in. This assumes the home is empty, without furnishings.

A note about scheduling: I understand deadlines might be tight, OR you might have some flexibility with cleaning. If you book online I will call you to discuss details and determine the best timing. Move ins / move outs require quite a bit of deep cleaning and time, I want to be sure we can accommodate your needs given our schedule before committing to the project. For this service, please call or book as far in advance as possible.
