I have 7 years of professional experience cleaning homes and small businesses. I clean with care. l listen to what is important to you, ask about your preferences and ensure you are completely happy with your refreshed space.
Cleaning Products
In general I bring my own products to clean a home. They are effective, make cleaning more efficient and clients are pleased with the results.
You may have chemical sensitivities or concerns about some cleaning products. I want to be sensitive to your health and preferences for your home. I will use whatever cleaning products you provide to ensure that you are comfortable, just let me know on my first visit.

How can I reschedule?Please contact me to reschedule your service if needed.

How do I get the referral bonus?When you refer a friend and they book a cleaning with us, we will contact you to ask what bonus service you would like. If you have questions about referrals please don't hesitate to ask.

How can I tip?Tipping is completely optional, and much appreciated. You can leave a cash tip clearly marked for the cleaner, a personal check, or you can add to the amount you pay online.

What if I'm not satisfied with a service?Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with your clean house. If we missed something or you have concerns, please contact us right away. We would like the opportunity solve any issue that comes up.

Do I need to be there during the cleaning?Usually you do not need to be at home during the cleaning. If it's a first visit, please plan on being at home for the first 15-20 minutes to give me a brief tour of your home.

Can I gift someone a cleaning service?Yes! Gifting a clean house is great idea. Contact me for gift cards. Starting at a 2 hour clean for $175, with increments of 1 hour. Note, the service location should be within my service area. I will give you a physical gift card which you can deliver to your friend, and they can then call me to schedule their service. Payment options: pay in advance by check, cash, or credit card. You will receive the gift card at your next cleaning visit, or I can send it by mail.

Can I cancel my cleaning?Yes, please contact me to make changes to your cleaning schedule.

How will I be notified when you arrive?I will notify you by text when I arrive.

How do I add on some extra services?We're happy to help with additional cleaning. Please contact me as far in advance as possible to add services, it affects our schedule and cleaning time.
